2013-14 USAWC Fellows complete academic year at the Institute

On April 30, the Institute’s 2013-14 US Army War College Fellows commemorated the completion of their academic year by presenting a special print to IWP.

During the presentation ceremony, CH (COL) Alan F. Pomaville described the print, which is entitled “Lions on the Mountain: US Army Special Forces.”

Founder and president of the Institute John Lenczowski expressed his appreciation for the Fellows’ service to our country and participation in the academic life of IWP.  He noted that the Fellows have a realistic understanding of what it takes to keep our country secure, and that their insights will be beneficial to the national security community.

During their time at IWP, each Fellow completes a research project from the Army.  They also participate in IWP classes and serve as a resource for faculty and students. Their work at IWP has been deemed the functional equivalent of the Army War College experience.
