Professor Emeritus Ken deGraffenreid comments on near collision between Russian jet and US surveillance aircraft

In a recent article in the Washington Free Beacon, Professor Emeritus Kenneth deGraffenreid discussed Moscow’s Cold War history of using force against US aircraft in international airspace.  His comments followed a recent incident in which a Russian Su-27 jet nearly collided with a U.S. Air Force RC-135 electronic intelligence jet.
