Amb. Joseph DeTrani, who teaches IWP’s course on The U.S.-China Strategic Relationship, has been participating in talks about North Korea’s nuclear weapons program.
He met this past weekend with Ri Yong-ho, North Korea’s top nuclear negotiator, and Jang Il-hun, the deputy ambassador to the United Nations, along with Stephen Bosworth, former U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Policy.
