The Institute of World Politics has recently welcomed two new members to its senior leadership team: Lawrence “Larry” Cosgriff as Executive Vice President, and Ayo Adenle-Ogunmola as Chief Financial Officer.
A 2007 graduate of IWP, Mr. Cosgriff has over 30 years of experience in the maritime industry, including sea service as a deck officer aboard a wide variety of commercial ships such as LNG tankers, crude oil tankers, and petroleum product tankers.
Mr. Cosgriff is also a retired Naval Reserve Intelligence Officer and in recent years has served as a contract consultant and subject matter expert to the Office of Naval Intelligence. He has also served as a consultant to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Ms. Adenle-Ogunmola has over 18 years of proven success in strategic business analysis, financial analysis, management accounting, process re-engineering, and systems development and implementation for various organizations within the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
Her work experience includes working in the healthcare and mortgage industries, and consulting engagements at the World Bank and the US Department of Education. Ms. Adenle-
Ogunmola is a CPA and she has a BS in Business Administration, accounting and MS in Accounting (emphasis in taxation) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
