S. Eugene Poteat presents at IWP in tribute to Brian Kelley

On February 24th, 2017, Mr. S. Eugene Poteat spoke at the Institute of World Politics in tribute to the late Professor Brian Kelley. Mr. Poteat’s lecture focused on how intelligence has remained constant or changed, according to the needs and challenges of the era. Mr. Poteat’s main point was that the strict standards of the intelligence community would not and cannot be violated in service of today’s political fixations or exigencies. A functioning apparatus performs its work irrespective of politics.
