The Institute of World Politics is pleased to announce its new partnership with the Department of Public Policy Leadership at the University of Mississippi. The Department of Public Policy Leadership provides a challenging major and emphasizes the global nature of responsible decision making, the ethical imperatives of leadership, critical thinking, communication skills, and the conceptual and methodological skills necessary for careful policy analysis.
As a part of this new partnership, The Institute of World Politics will provide early admission to University of Mississippi students or graduates if they apply on or after April 30th of their third year of college. Another aspect of the partnership is a guaranteed $2,200 scholarship per semester for Ole Miss alumni attending IWP’s in-person M.A. programs. There will also be a tuition reduction for Ole Miss alumni enrolled in IWP distance programs from $650 to $500 per credit hour.
Finally, this new partnership forged between IWP and The Department of Public Policy Leadership at the University of Mississippi includes priority consideration for University of Mississippi students in IWP’s internship program. There will also be opportunities for private group visits to The Institute of World Politics campus for faculty lectures.
