IWP student Dr. Baiju Gandhi made a presentation on the Violent Non-State Actor (VNSA) panel at the Intelligence Studies Consortium held at the George Mason University on 24 March. The conference theme was “Intelligence Support for the 2022 National Security Strategy.”
Dr. Gandhi, a consultation-liaison psychiatrist who is working towards the IWP Non-Violent Conflict graduate certificate, gave his presentation on “Development of Terrorism Prevention Programs in the U.S.” It was based on a paper he wrote for Prof. Aaron Danis’ Domestic Terrorism in the Modern Era course. Prof. Danis moderated the VNSA panel, which included students from three other D.C.-area schools.
The following week, Dr. Gandhi gave a longer presentation of his paper at IWP.
