The Institute of World Politics is pleased to announce Nora Taylor, Managing Director & Principal Consultant of NET, LLC, has joined the Board of Advisors.
The IWP Board of Advisors is a group of supporters who work with the Board of Trustees to provide advice or expertise, expand and deepen support for the mission of IWP, and develop talent for future leadership.
Nora is a business owner and accomplished government contracting business executive with extensive experience in contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and operational experience. Known for delivering exceptional results, she has a proven track record of negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts within government and commercial business segments.
As the founder of NET, LLC since 2013, Nora managed a consulting business that addresses the executive experience and skill gaps in the Contract Management business units of small to mid-sized USG contracting companies.
During Nora’s tenure at Intelligent Waves LLC as Vice President and Contracts & Compliance Officer from 2019 to 2021, she played a crucial role in implementing the contract function infrastructure necessary to enable reliable contract administration and management workflow.
Throughout her career, Nora has excelled in driving successful outcomes. Notably, she saved a client $3.1 million by negotiating a contract incurred cost dispute settlement.
During her tenure at Harris CapRock Communications, Inc., Nora held various leadership positions, including Vice President roles in Global Contract Management to Strategic Development. She played a pivotal role in driving corporate growth, negotiating contract modifications, and leading the sale of Arrowhead Global Solutions, Inc. to CapRock Communications, Inc.
Nora is an Executive MBA Candidate at the Ducere Global Business School through the University of East London. She holds a Master’s Certificate in Government Contract Management and a Commercial Contract Management from Villanova University.
