Iman Riddick serves as peer evaluator in self-study visit with MSCHE

Iman Riddick

In the spirit of collaboration and continuous improvement at IWP, we are pleased to announce that our Registrar and Assistant Dean of Students, Iman Riddick, has volunteered to serve as a peer evaluator for another college’s reaffirmation self-study visit, under the support of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).

The Middle States Commission on Higher Education is renowned for its commitment to ensuring educational excellence and integrity through its accreditation process. This process involves rigorous self-study and peer evaluation to assess an institution’s adherence to MSCHE’s standards for accreditation, which cover a broad range of areas, including governance, faculty, resources, student support services, and educational offerings.

By participating as a peer evaluator, Iman not only represented our institution’s dedication to the highest standards of education but is also engaged in a valuable professional development opportunity. The experience allowed her to gain insights into the innovative practices and challenges faced by other institutions, fostering a richer understanding of the diverse landscape of higher education. Such experiences are invaluable, as they can bring back fresh perspectives and strategies to enhance our own institution’s practices.

We extend our congratulations and support to our Registrar and Assistant Dean of Students for undertaking this significant responsibility. Her contributions not only elevate the reputation of our institution but also play a vital role in promoting excellence and integrity across the higher education sector.
