Dean Lane, Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Cyber Intelligence at The Institute of World Politics (IWP), has organized a Cyber Intelligence Club at the Army Navy Club (ANC) in Washington, D.C., which hosts a series of monthly speakers.

This Cyber Intelligence Club was established with the support of ANC member and IWP Executive Vice President Chris Glass, as well as with the support of IWP’s faculty and cyber instructors, who are regularly featured as speakers in this series.

These lecture events are held every month and have been offered since April 2023. They have included such topics as “Artificial Intelligence,” presented by Fritz Barth, “Insider Threat,” presented by Chris Kay, “Cyber in West Africa,” presented by Vangala Ram, “Cyber Insurance,” presented by Ethan Burger, and “Using Cyber to Counter Terrorism,” by Prof. Aaron Danis.

Typically, 20-35 members attend each event. Over 150 ANC members joined the Cyber Intelligence Club and have attended at least one meeting.
