Herb Romerstein was a longtime professor at IWP, where he taught the course on foreign propaganda, perceptions, and policy. Formerly, he had served as one of the key professional staffers for Congress’ internal security committees and the House Intelligence Committee. He was Director of the Office to Counter Soviet Disinformation at the U.S. Information Agency.
