A group of IWP students and interns visited the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) of the U.S. Department of State in Rosslyn, Virginia on Friday, June 2.
They had the opportunity to meet with and speak to DSS officials and special agents. The IWP students and interns received a briefing from DSS special agents on the process of joining the DSS and what life as a Diplomatic Security Special Agent looks like. The IWP group was also given a tour of a DSS SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) and was able to speak with DSS intelligence analysts.
IWP is grateful to our alumna working in the DSS and her support in facilitating such an amazing experience for our students and interns.
