Director of Finance: Scott Young

Scott Young hails from North Carolina and is studying statecraft, international affairs, economics, and eventually German language. Through international travel, careers, and undergraduate German language studies, Scott became fascinated with how the international arena affects the United States and vice versa. Following his business and German studies at The Citadel, University of Economics and Business of Vienna, Göethe Institute, and the Carl Duisberg, Scott was commissioned in the Navy and served overseas on a Destroyer where he began developing his skillset for crafting solutions to unique problems. That skillset later evolved in the private sector where he developed personal and professional tools for managing finance, networking contacts, medical equipment, cost/benefit analysis, faulty produce credits, a complex training platform with automation, and a quick search / categorical breakdown of IWP’s ~400 identification terms. Scott is interested in a career that allows him to build and maintain relationships, allowing him to leverage others’ expertise to solve problems.
