Benefits for Point Park students

The agreement with Point Park University states that Point Park students who are accepted to one of IWP’s in-person M.A. programs will receive guaranteed scholarships of $2,200 per semester, in addition to any merit-based scholarships already available to general applicants. This partnership scholarship only requires part-time enrollment, allowing each recipient to get a jump start on their professional careers. If Point Park graduates enroll in IWP’s distance programs, they will receive a tuition reduction from $650 to $500 per credit hour.

Furthermore, Point Park students will receive priority consideration for IWP’s internship program.

Point Park students can also apply for early admission for IWP’s MA programs.

To aid in the growth of our partnership, Point Park will advertise these opportunities to its students and alumni to ensure they are able to take full advantage. The two schools will also arrange for student group visits and faculty lecture exchanges.
